There are often customers who come to the phone. The first sentence is that people are coming over and the packaging scale is out of order.
When the packaging scale has a daily glitch, can we handle it ourselves?
The answer is yes.
The mechanical part of the automatic quantitative packing scale is mainly composed of a storage hopper, a size spiral, a weighing hopper, a discharge transition bin, and a bag holder; the electrical control part is composed of a load cell, a weighing display instrument, a PLC, a bag switch, a solenoid valve, and Inverter and other components.
Improper operation of the packaging scale can lead to failure of the quantitative packaging scale. What causes the packaging scale to malfunction and what should be done when the failure occurs?
(1) No bagging, no discharging, usually the problem of the bag switch, the bag switch, the solenoid valve or the cylinder that controls the bag.
(2) The size of the cutting door, the bucket discharge door can not be opened or closed, usually the problem of controlling the solenoid valve or cylinder.
(3) After the material is weighed, the material door discharge and loose bag cannot be opened automatically. If the manual discharge button is pressed, the solenoid valve or cylinder of the control material door is generally defective. After replacing the spare parts, it will return to normal. If the manual discharge button is available, it means that the weighing is out of tolerance or the system parameter setting is wrong.
(4) Weighing the mouth of the bucket or the mouth of the bag, usually the problem is that the scale is not tightly sealed and the air pressure is insufficient (check the air source is greater than 0.4MP) solenoid valve or cylinder.
(5) The metering is not accurate and the meter display is unstable. It may be that the instrument zero drift (take standard weight calibration) or parameter settings need to be re-corrected, or the load cell failure (replace the sensor and take the weight of the weight).
(6) When the system can not discharge normally, set the selector switch to manual, and then press the discharge button for more than 3s, then the corresponding packaging scale can be restored after initialization.
